Please read the following guidelines for items which need to be returned to us. Following these guidelines would assist us in processing your return quicker.
Products can be returned by calling our toll free number 1-866-693-5326, or by emailing us on questions@stephene.com. Our customer service hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Central Standard Time. Remember if you Exchange it's Free to Ship Back out to you. If you wish to exchange just simply fill out the form enclosed with your order and use the ra number on the form for exchange only. You do not have to call if you exchange only. If exchange ra number is used you can only exchange. No return with the exchange ra number.
(If customers use email, they will receive at automated response which is an indication that we have received your mail. If you do not receive this automated response, it means we did not receive your email. You will then receive a personalized email from one of our customer representatives soon after.)
Customers will be given an RA (Return Authorization) number which needs to be put on the outside of the return package.
Effective March 1st, 2008
Returns need to be received within the required time frame of 30 days from the date on the invoice. Anything after this time period will not be accepted for a return. You may Exchange Merchandise up to 60 Days. We do not take back other stores merchandise.
All return items must be returned as:
Any items on sale of 25% or more can be exchange only. Any item marked "clearance" or "sale" can only be exchanged, but not returned.
Note: Please allow up to 30 Days for Refund. If you have any questions or concerns about this please call us. If you do not see your return after that time please call us or email and make sure we received your return and make sure that there is not a problem(Expired card or ect.). If you do not see your return please call us, do not do a charge back. Once you do a charge back we cannot refund your card, which causes you a problem for you not for us. If you do a charge back we will ban you from our site for future purposes.
We do try to make our returns process as easy and care free as possible. However, if the item is not returned in good condition we have the right to refuse any return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping item/items back to us, which is industry standard. Please use a shipment method that provides a tracking number, i.e. UPS, Fed X or United States Priority Mail or DHL with delivery confirmation. This stands as a safeguard for you, since you are responsible for the item, until we receive it.
If your shipping was free originally and you do not keep the jeans or any heavy fabric you will be charged: $8.00 on 1 pair
- $12.95 on 2 pairs
- $15.00 on 3 pairs
- An additional $5 for each pair.
- If you Return and Exchange you will have a $16.00 Deduction.
This covers our cost of shipping your order to you.
If you paid for your shipping with your original order, only the price of the item will be credited to you.
If you ship something back to us that was due to our error, we will reimburse you up to $8.00.
Please use priority Mail or UPS ground or any ground service. We will not reimburse you for express, overnight or 2nd day mail. Please ensure receipts are included so that we may reimburse you. If you Refuse a Package after your order is already shipped will charged you $10.00 to have UPS or DHL Ship the item back to us. This will be in Addition to the Original Returns Fee. DHL Charges us a $10 Fee on Every Refused Package.
For Sanitary Purposes, we are unable take back any bathing suits without tags without panty liners. No underwear or Ed Hardy Caps can be returned.
Defective Merchandise: If you receive any defective merchandise, please call us within 5 business days and return the items with the original tags attached. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: There is a fee on all Returns on PayPal. Please remember you will be responsible for the PayPal fees on returns.
BEWARE: Lots of Manufacturers and other stores are now charging a 15% restocking fee on returns. We at DesignsByStephene.com are NOT. We refuse to charge those prices. Remember we are here to help.
