How can I be sure that my order went through?
Once you send us your order, you will
receive an email. This email includes the confirmation of your order
along with your order number.
At this point your credit card has not been charged.
Once an order is placed it cannot
be cancelled if it is In Stock. All In stock orders are shipped
immediately. However, if you purchase items on Saturday or Sunday
they will not go out until the following Monday. If the item is
a backordered item you can cancel the item if it has not shipped.
What Credit Cards & Services do you Accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. We also accept PayPal. You can also place an order online
& choose to Call in Credit Card Details at 1.866.693.JEAN only at
Stephene's.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will only be charged
when the item is in stock and is getting ready to be shipped to
you. So if your item is on backorder your card will not be charged
until the time of shipment. However, if you use a discount code
for a backorder that is only good for a limited time we will charge
your card in order to save the discount for you.
For Pay Pal Customer: All orders
placed through PayPal will be charged before shipping as PayPal
transfers payments automatically. If you do a chargeback on your
order through PayPal your order will be cancelled immediately.
How is my order shipped?
Your order is shipped by UPS Ground
unless you otherwise specify.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When we ship out your order we will
send you an additional email that your order was in deed just shipped.
Except on phone orders and then we can email you upon your request
only. Once your order has shipped you cannot cancel your order.
Once your order is placed, charged and invoiced you cannot change
or cancel your order.
Is it safe to provide my credit card?
You are protected against credit card
fraud when you shop online at DesignsByStephene.com utitilizes 128
Bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology. Secure socket layers encrypt
credit card information so it cannot be read by anyone but us.
Do you ship to PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses?
Sorry, we do not.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, gift certificates may be purchased
online. They will be emailed to the gift recipient within 24 hours
(not including weekends or holidays). Please provide recipient's
email address and any special message you would like us to include.
