Your First Exchange is FREE within USA. Just simply fill out the form enclosed with your package and return to us. Use the RA number that is on the exchange form. If you use the Exchange RA number you can exchange only on that item. You cannot call and change your mind. These RA numbers for exchanges go to a express priority department in another facility, to be handled immediately.
Please let our Fashion Consultants help you with your exchange so
that you find the correct size or style you are looking for. If you
need to email or call us with your measurements to insure a great
fit for your next pair of jeans, then do so. We will be more than
happy to measure the jeans for you to insure a good fit.
Please read the following guidelines for items which need to be
exchanged. Following these guidelines would assist us in processing
your exchange quicker.
Products can be exchanged by calling our toll free number
1-866-693-5326, or by emailing us on
questions@stephene.com,
or use our new live online chat feature. Our customer service hours
are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Central Standard Time.
Customers will be given an RA (Return Authorization) number which
needs to be put on the outside of the exchange package. Without this
number, we would be unable to accept the exchange.
Exchanges need to be made within the required time frame of 60 days
from the date on the invoice. Anything after this time period will
not be accepted for exchange purposes. You may not exchange items
purchased on websites other than www.DesignsByStephene.com
Please allow 1 week for exchanges for "in-stock" items from the date
we receive your exchange package. Backordered items may take up to 4
weeks.
If you are exchanging an item for the 2nd time or more, you will be
charged:
- $8.00 for each shipment for 1 item
- $12.95 for 2 items
- $15.00 for 3 items
- and $5 for each additional item
This covers our cost of shipping your order to you. This
shipping fee is the same for all other items in our store, except
light-weight tees. For tees and smaller items, the return fee is
$6.00 plus $2.00 for every tee thereafter.
We ship exchanges free only inside the Continental USA. This free
shipment does not include Hawaii and Alaska or any International
orders. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, you will be responsible for
paying postage, and the charge is between $18 and $35 for 1 item
depending on your shipping location. Additional shipping is charged
for more items.
An additional $50 to $80 may be charged for international shipping,
depending on which country you live in.
All exchange items must be exchanged:
- Unused and in the original condition
- With the original tags attached
- With a receipt
- Without any kind of alteration done to it
- Odor free and without any animal hair on it
Any items on sale of 25% or less can be returned. Any item
marked "clearance" can only be exchanged, not returned. If you
Return your Exchange then You need to either have Instore credit or
Exchange for another item if you original order was Sale
Merchandise.
The shipping charge will be deducted from the amount charged to your
credit card.
You are responsible for returning the merchandise to us at your
cost. Please be sure to enclose in your return package a copy of the
receipt, or your name and order number or we will not know who to
ship the exchange to. If your original order was an "Exchange Only"
items(s), that amount must be used for an exchange or be put into IN
STORE CREDIT (Shipping and Handling will be deducted as per our
exchange Policy).
If you ship something back to us that was due to our error, we will
reimburse you up to $8.00.
Please use priority Mail or UPS ground, we will not reimburse you
for express, overnight or 2nd day mail. Please ensure receipts are
included so that we may reimburse you.
For sanitary purposes, we are unable take back any bathing suits or
underwear, which do not have panty liners on them.
Defective Merchandise:
If you receive any defective merchandise, please call us within 5
business days and return the items with the original tags attached.
