Flared jeans are fabulous to create the appearance of longer legs, especially when worn on heels. Flared jeans are highly recommended for heavier thighs and hips. The wide ankles will balance out the proportions of the body, while the snug fit around the thighs will create a slimmer look. Shorter ladies should avoid this fit as the larger leg opening, may not work for their body types. Instead shorter women could opt for boot cut styles which do not have such a dramatic leg opening as flares. Flare jeans are also a great pick for tall girls.
